Breakfast-fat yogurt with organic strawberries and sliced almonds
Lunch 1 / 2 bread, low carb flat with 1 slice of turkey and spinach, 1 Clementine and calcium
WTH-1-block snack 1 / 2 tablespoons organic pb
Salmon Dinner (size a deck of cards) and 2 cups of steamed vegetables
Snack fit and Dannon yogurt with almonds
Exercise-20 minutes cardio / strength interval of at least 20 minutes Yoga focuses on cardiovascular, 90 minutes of ballet
How do I do? Is it good? Suggestions or comments?

Detox the body for two weeks eating only fruits and vegetables. Then you'll be in a position to normal food and not eat, or just choose healthy over all.
